Caroline Park – Valued Customer

Caroline was a previous customer from Dumbarton who purchased a roller blind from Shades blinds a few years back. Caroline was so pleased with the service we provided back they few years ago that she has recently come back to us in July of 2017 to purchase a further three vertical blinds for her home.

Caroline started her journey this time round by visiting one of our stores which was the Clydebank one and was greeted by what Caroline has said were “Efficient and helpful shop assistants” who took care in showing her all the option that were available and what deals we had on offer at that time.

Caroline booked her appointment in store to have one of our specialist sales advisors to visit her home, for a free home visit to measure up her 3 windows, free of charge.

The salesman showed Caroline all the range of colours for the blinds that Caroline was interested in and measured the blinds ready to be manufactured here on site with perfect measurements for her windows.

When the blinds were ready to be fitted the next week, the Fitter arrived at Caroline’s house and fitted the vertical blinds on all three windows and as Caroline has said “left everything clean and tidy after the job was completed”.

Caroline was so happy with the service and her three vertical blinds we provided her with she would now recommend us to her friends and family without thought.
